The shares generating a change

Creating Event

A planned movement of stock is created at each establishment of a management event, which will generate a movement of stock in the future. The changing its status is dependent on the status of the event management origin.
Default, it is created with a statute void.

Order Sales

When creating a sell order, a planned movement of stock (MS) is created for each order line and each line shipping. The status is empty.

Approval

The planned movements of stock associated with the order are set to "planned" when approving the order.

Pick from a pick list

The planned movements of stock associated with the shipping line passes status "Reserved" when selected for picking. The SEP are associated with a pick list (the proposed statute itself), but not yet associated with a line of stock.

Validation of the pick list

The validation of the picklist implies an association between planned movements and with lines of stock (stockItem), they spend so status "close reserved."

Realization of pick

The completion of the sampling results in the realization stock movement, so the planned movement of stock are removed and the movements of stock (transfer to the shipping area) are created.

Shipping

By default, the creation of a shipment does not create a planned movement of stock. The completion of a pick list for an expedition creates a transfer of stock to the shipping area and the passage of the shipment status "shipped" creates the movement of stock output.

Needs

The creation of a need (either manually or by the MRP) generates an MS with an empty status

Validation

The planned movements of stock associated with the need is set to status planned.

Purchase Order

When creating a purchase order, a planned movement of stock (MS) is created for each corder line and each line shipping. The status is empty.

Approval

The planned movements of stock associated with the order are set to "planned" when approving the order.

Order manufacturing

When creating an order of manufacture, stock movement are created for all the components necessary for that manufacturing order and for the manufactured article, the first movements will be negative (a kind of stock) the second positive ( taken into storage). Their status is empty.

The status of the planned movement of stock is set to "Scheduled".

Request for pick (components)

The demand for pick generates a pick list validated, the status of SEP is set to "Reserved".

Perform pick (components)

Recept (the manufactured article)

Transfer of stock

The creation of a transfer of stock generating two movements of stock planned. The first of these movements has a negative quantity and relates to the levy in the stock of origin. The second that get a positive quantity corresponds to the addition of the product into stock. Both movements are linked by the fields childFSEPIdName. The consumer movement (negative amount) get the reference of the movement Added (quantity positive) in this field.

Creation

The planned moves are created with a statute void if they are generated by the processing of supplying and "Planned" if they are created by the user interface
note: for the transfer unit, they are automatically validated following their creation, so they spend status "Closed planned"

Validation (print)

The validation leads an association between the line of stock taking and the planned movement of sampling status of the movement of stock going to "Closed reserved"
remark: if the transfer was set up in line indicating the stock sampling the association between the line of stock and the planned movement is maintained.

For the "planned movement of stock added" no line of stock is involved in the validation. However, the movement of stock going to "Closed reserve" anyway, in order to be consistent with the sampling of SEP.
The association will be made until the completion.
remark: if the transfer was set up in line indicating the stock destination the association between the line of stock and the planned movement is maintained.

Realization

The completion of the transfer involves the search for a line of stock destination to be associated with the movement planned.
It then leads to the achievement of the two movements of stock, so the planned movement of stock are removed and the movement of stock are created. The connection between the two movements of stock is made on the field parentFSEIdName. The movement of stock corresponding to the entry of stock (quantity positive) recorded the movement reference Stock output (negative amounts) in this field

QOH & ATP according to regulations

The amount in stock (total available or available to date) is always expressed for a store.

Quantity in stock (Qoh)

The Qoh corresponds to the amount physically present in all lines of the store and stocks of all these sub-facility.

Total

It is the gross figure, the addition of any quantity. Excluded are lines that are stock status "closed", "restricted" and "current inventory."

Available (for close reserved)

This is the total amount minus the planned movements of stock in status "Reserved" or "CLose Reserved" associates on one of the lines of stock in question. In addition to these movements planned, only the movement planned whose quantity is negative (out of stock) are taken into account because they are the only ones we can be sure that the company has control.

It is used to check if the booking of a planned movement on a location is possible taking into account "reserved" and "close reserved" consumption movements.

Plannable (does not currently exist)

This quantity is used in a particular mode of administration, there will be no more suppliying to this article.
It is used to check whether the establishment of a new planned movement based solely on the current inventory is possible taking into account all movements planed consumption.

It is the sum + or-all quantities planned movements of stock regardless of the status (SEP) related to a line of stock in question. And for those movements planned, planned movements whose quantity is positive, and whose date of completion is less than or equal to the current date (entered stock in the past) are NOT taken into account.

Quantity in stock line

The calculation by stock line let you get a QOH by stockitem insteadof by location.
It should be used only in the stock component management, the other components making intérrogations just at the location (store).

GetQuantityAvailableClosedReserved

This is the amount of the stock minus movements planned to satut "reserved" and "close reserved" whose quantity is negative.
It is used when trying to obtain the quantity on a line of stock that may be affected to a planned movement.

Available to date (ATP)

The amount available to date (ATP Available To Promise) is always expressed for a given date. If no date is specified, then the present moment is taken as a benchmark.

This amount corresponds to the quantity in stock "available" + "and" - all OTHER (other status that "Reserved" or "close reserved") planned movements of stock with a completion date of <= at the date requested. It will therefore take into account all the receptions and forecast the consomations planned that before or equal to the date requested.
Beware, receptions planned with a date in the past are reflected in the stock available today.

It is used to know at an early date data on stock levels of a product.
