This component allow you to manage each relation between every people concerned by your company (customers files, suppliers, employees, relations between the differents party) and specify their roles with the company.
All this information is used to see relations with customers and with suppliers.
"L'objet métier" Party consists of several informations, such as :
- general descriptives informations ;
- several contact details, management of types (postal, phone, électronic, ...) and object (marketing, accounting, ...) ;
- the login(s), and autorisations management if needed ;
- detail of people roles in the company ;
- define relations between hierarchical party (this person works in this section or in that company) or party to party (my company buy to this company...) ;
- management of related documents ;
- management of communications between Party.
All these will help you making many actions.
The management of roles
The use of management of roles provides different types, families,categories or party's functions.
The management of relations
It allows to describe relations between a party with an other one and in which context (role). e.g : it can define whom customer has sponsored an other one.
The management of contact details
When configuring, you can define additional descriptions according to the type of the party.
The follow-up of communications
It could be very useful to follow possible complaints or communication about returned orders.
Classification of Party and Segmentation
The ability to inform a Party classification and e-mails give you the opportunity to use easily an automatic mailing list, according to pre-defined criteria such as specific activities.
Mailing list management
Each party can be a member of one or more classifications and a mailing list can be associated to these classifications. It allows you to select only what or who you want. A classification structure can be defined, and thus you can choose your target more or less precisely.
Statistics
Statistics allow you to follow your customers and your suppliers. You can see easily how much they spend or cost, what are your partnership turnover and so on. You can custom it as you wish to watch only what you need and to make representativ graphics.
Customer Relationship Management
The CRM module allow you to follow projects in progress, their perspectives, their opportunities, their contacts, their forecast and to manage everything in a visual planning, such as the tasks, the appointments, linked with the Party module elements.
Creation and follow-up of marketing campaigns
The hierarchical creation of marketing campaigns and the follow-up of their transformation rate can be done with follow-up codes. A marketing campaign can be limited to pre-defined parties and follow-ups codes can have an expiry date.
Display of trade marketing
The vizualisation of actions in progress in a calender is a good way to have a follow-up of our marketing activities.
